Data-first Culture: Implemented Tableau across core business functions, automating business analysis and reducing manual hours by ~90%. Created and led adoption of 8 org-wide performance tracking dashboards, reducing time needed for data extraction.
User Enablement & Workflow Management: Spearheaded Tableau enablement, and implemented dashboard request workflows for internal Tableau dashboard requests.
Product Ownership: Owned delivery of Payout Request feature deployed to 7 markets. Integrated user feedback to define product requirements and led UAT testing on feature. Post-launch, the feature reduced payout processing time by ~30% and increased overall predictability of cashflows.
